Peanut Butter Oat Bars

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Peanuts optional
Mix ingredients. Press into 9X13 baking pan, bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.

Makes 12 large bars.
