Peanut Butter Oat Bars

1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
peanuts optional
 
Mix ingredients. Press into 9X13 baking pan, bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.

Makes 12 large bars.

1 carb exchange per bar.
