1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour 2 TBSP sugar (omit if you want) 1/4 cup oil 1 TBSP baking powder 1 cup milk, or 1/3 cup milk powder and a cup of water 2 eggs Blend together to make batter. Pour into greased 8X8 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the middle. Makes 9 servings, 1 carb exchange each.
